Rick, that issue concerns me personally, only because it is unclear.
If someone with more expertise could explain it to me than I would be grateful. The only thing I can find in my notes is that the facility "involves stocks and warrants, drawn down, and is very shareholder and management friendly. . .there's absolutely no way to take the stock at the bid. . ." Jin.

Listen carefully to the conference call and see what you think. It only makes sense that the borrowings will be based on the price of the stock AT THE TIME OF BORROWING. But anything is possible, so I will try to clarify.
