The 20 wk chart matches the beginning of this downtrending channel JBIL has been in since 9/30. Now look at whos in last place - maybe it's an indication of where the opportunity is.

Interesting! Looks like SLR and DIIG are already hurrying back up. Looks like the whole sector is ripe for a rally.
