Pugs, the asian problem is one of liquidity and deflation. The concerns locally are that the asian banks will have to cash in their treasuries because of lack of liquidity at home. There is no flooding
of asian capital into the U.S. which would create any problems, it is a lack of liquidity there.

Are you saying the investor does not have the money?
