There seemed to be a total of nine sellers. The first two were small, the next 4 were the $35MM worth. I'd presume Dennis was among these.
The most recent 3 filings were an average of 19% of their holdings. I haven't seen $$ or share numbers yet, but this is not an insignificant percentage.

So how do you think we (newbies, myself included) should read his departure?

As I said, NBMO's comments were (also) that the selling was nothing to be concerned with, as far as they could see at that time.
