Gary, check out the web page, www.aptis.com . It looks like a startup w/shiva, cascade people. They claim to have a great switch, I'll keep digging to find out if they are getting anywhere w/it.

[Aptis] <<>> Gary -- A friend in the telecommunications business on the sales end suggested I look at Aptis during the show. They were in the Hyatt and I didn't make it to their suite. As I understand it, when Cascade was bought out, a bunch of engineers in their dial platform group left and formed Aptis. He seemed positive on their products but that's as much as I know. He thought they'd go public, but, again, nothing definite. He's the same guy who suggested I look at Vision Networks, IPO set for Feb. 5/6, Goldman Sachs underwriting. I think it's sold out. Pat
