I do not mind paying for some to get out of poverty when at the same time we will take measures to prevent others from entering that circle. If you cannot handle it put a knot in it.

I am in favor of a proper way out of poverty but it has a cost which has to have enough success to gain support.Im not sure a government run program could pull it off without breaking the bank.
