You will find it harder and harder to defend your cave. Worked about fifty fifty when everyone had just a cave. But ever since humans found a way to support each other with first villages , then towns and then countries those who just want to live in a cave and not share or help others have lost 100% of the time.

The conservatives in Clarke County hate the Californians. The liberals and progressives hold all the elected offices except for one House seat in the Mountains. We like it here. Took a lot getting use to the people and the weather. We are going to spend at least 4 months of the year up north for now on, either in Vancouver, WA or Prescott Valley, AZ. Summer's are brutal and it disrupts my sleep since I have to go to bed later since I can't walk my dog and exercise her till the sun goes down.
