mindmeld, I live in Canada, in the same general area as The Black Swan (within 50 miles or so).
We spend less than the U.S. on healthcare, but also have our challenges.
Lockdowns, partial lockdowns, reduced activity, whatever you want to call it - has led to severe backups in health care. Some areas are better than others.
