In the long run I believed cryptos and gold are volatile cash positions even though they have a relatively stable float (unlike central bank FIAT currency). What I find interesting is how bitcoin and to a lesser extent the other cryptocurrencies are now starting to decouple from gold in the background of this reset which has been somewhat perplexing because I have a bigger position in gold shares.
It is interesting if bitcoin survives in the long run. I think some sort of cryptocurrency that is independent of the banking system will exist because there will always be a criminal element and groups who will reject the intention of their evil plans.
