Red Adair? Not following conversation, but ERHC (Nasdaq-BB) is his company, I think. (Environmental something)

History of Red Adair and BCWC:

Red Adair joined Kinley Company in 1946, Asger "Boots" Hansen and Edward "Coots" Matthews joined soon after. In 1959 Red Adair founded the Red Adair Company with Boots Hansen and Coots Matthews joining him. In 1978 Boots Hansen and Coots Matthews leave Adair and form Boots and Coots. Adair retired in 1994 and sold his company to Global Industries. Later that same year, the senior management team from Adair's company leave Global to form International Well Control. In 1995, IWC and Halliburton Energy Service form a partnership called WellCall alliance and in 1997, IWC acquires Boots and Coots, which essentially reforms the original Adair Company (without adair).
