In anticipation of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic circumstances continuing through to the date of the Meeting, business at the Meeting will be limited to the above-mentioned matters and management of the Company is not planning to make any corporate presentation at the Meeting. basically means no annual meeting as far as randy presenting and being able to ask questions this year. so the developments on the potential new mining process for metates ore cannot be updated or explored... The conditions were excellent for a talapoosa sale .... so where the company is at in that regard can't be ascertained... the talapoosa situation is perplexing...
