Makes you wonder why MSFT suddenly realizes OpenGL is great and wants to be a partner with SGI.

Yeah, this makes me really nervous, Farenheit notwithstanding. If I had my say, MSFT would have paid a lot more for their OGL license, and would be an even more inferior partner in Farenheit development than they are now.

Just remember to keep the chastity belt around the Iris sourcecode whenever the "partners" from MSFT show up with flowers and candy.

Unfortunately, this is a cultural thing. This has got to change in today's environment, with NT stealing everybody else's ideas and implementing them for the 'first' time.
