Jon: I did not see the call as all positive. Steve G has listed some negatives. I do see where their challenges are: 1) how to make profitable HDD's for SUB-$1000 PC, 2) product mix in desktop: missing 1.7G/p between 2.1G/p and 1.3G/p due to APM's inability to produce good heads. This affects the margin. I will like them to have 60% of 2.1G/p this quarter, but they can't. 3) inventory turn at 14. They used to be capable of much higher turn. BTO screwed it up. 4) single digit gross margin for the next two quarters. 5) drive inventory even though it is 1 million less than SEG. I am not wearing rose color glasses. I do not intend to twist anything. Sorry if you feel so. John
