Oracle 8 Server It seems that this kind of servers don't run NT, or UNIX, or any other OS. It runs only Oracle's software. << In two separate question-and-answer periods, one for the attendees and one for the press, Ellison elaborated on a concept for pre-configured, plug-in servers. "We are working with Intel to create appliance servers," Ellison said, saying that they would be available by the end of the first half of the year.
