Hello Vincent, The best pure siliver plays I know of are Pan American Silver (PAA) and Silver Standard (SSO) both have huge reserves. On the smaller scale Clifton (CFB) and First Silver Reserve (FSR) are also worthy considerations. The management of PAA,and SSO are excellent and note worthy for there success in the past. They have a fair size silver deposit in Cuba, I think its the only and first silver deposit in Cuba, it is my understanding that minning on this deposit should start by end of this year, this company also has good properties in Canada.
