I don't disagree--that is why I will continue to fool around with the spread sheet--there are so many area for SSAX to improve on "numbers" that I can't list them all--thought the comparison between SSAX and BAAN would highlight this to all. The obvious and fastest way to recovery is sales--as soon as revenue increases reach the 20-25% range on a consistant basis, margins will improve--we all know that. But for the really big bucks--its going to take a more concentrated approach. I said once before that I would not be satisfied until the profit margin hit 10%--that is not unreasonable--its the minimum.

Further--to really make the grade--SSAX absolutely has to get the success stories out to the trade--not easy because if you just spent $500,000 to $10,000,000 (range of contracts SSAX pursues)--why would I want to tell my competitors about the advantage I just gained over them by improving my inventory, financial, amd production control of the plant and headquars--still a way has to be found to get the job done. Everyone bitches about the sales and makreting staff of Oracle being hard to work with--WHO CARES AS LONG AS THEY GET THE JOB DONE!
Being a nice guy and losing is not my speed.

Call me what you want--I want a good return on my investment. With this company and the price I bought in at 100% is not good enough.
