"Social media is supposed to be an open forum. Anyone from anywhere should be allowed to post anything"
It's not, never was, and won't be, except maybe on the dark web. Every site has rules members must follow. That includes here.

"No lewd content: The posting of images that are sexually offensive is forbidden and is a violation of SI's terms of use"

"There is no law that says, "The First Amendment doesn't apply if the person is working for a foreign government"

It's election law.

WTH is the matter with you? You know immigrant Chinese women were locked into Cindy Yang's whorehouses and not allowed to leave. Why do you cover for that? Why use the race card to defend the victimization of immigrant women?

Connections to prostitution:

.... In 2013, Yang sold the spa to Hua Zhang, who has been charged with racketeering and running a house of prostitution. She pleaded not guilty.

The Miami Herald reports that even before the spa changed hands, online reviews suggest that prostitution was already taking place there. The Herald notes that the spa’s name has changed, but the decor is exactly the same; the Herald also quotes from a review which said, in 2013, “Used to be known as Tokyo Day Spa and Massage — most of the same girls still work there,” a Yelp reviewer wrote of Orchids of Asia in 2013.

Police detailed that many women who worked at the spas were Chinese and forced to live at the spas against their will.

............ The Herald reports that her family still owns several South Florida spas, and the Tokyo Day Spa chain has attracted police attention on allegations of similar prostitution activity. When talking with the Herald, Yang denied ever breaking the law but declined to answer questions about her knowledge of sex being offered at the spas.
