Val & Ryan:

What I need is some Nasdaq listing rules that even an idiot like me can understand. Have not yet called the NASD to get things cleared up. Hopefully I'll have the time to do it next week.

Val, you were asking about financing.... someone reported here (was it Jumper?) that Crane stated during the NYC dog & pony that they wouldn't do any more discounted convert deals. Guess that's why they went the bridge loan route with Helix. No one in their right mind (Helix obviously ain't of sound mind since they are PNDA's biggest shareholder) will lend or give them any more money as part of a straight debt or equity deal. Could do a disco preferred (forgetting about Crane's comment to the contrary) or possibly one of those discounted common/Reg D things (ala Solv-ex.) Don't know, but I imagine I'll be short again heading into the end of Februrary.
