Meg, I wonder how many new businesses would be created here in the US if 32B was used for seed money loans to entrepreneurs. During my 30 years of business life, I started a number of businesses, always undercapitalized, and no source of funds. The SBA is a joke, and "no equity, no money". We help the entrepreneurs in Poland (about 6-8 years ago), bail out these other countries, and the small business owner pay the taxes to help the competion. Kinda like the taxes paid by UPS and FDX to help pay the post office commercials to compete against them. While I'm complaining, why do utility companies advertise, if they are a monopoly for the area? Have a good weekend! <gg>
