The only anomaly would be renegades who go by an IP address instead of a name.
Directly typing an IP address would circumvent .sex, but I think you would narrow your
field of offenders by 90%. A CyberSitter filter solution would, theoretically, get the rest
of these with greater accuracy.

There could be a regulation requiring names.
