Just some thoughts after watching Ligand sink this week...

Seems to me that LGNDW is a steal at its current ask (6.25), and is far more likely to double to 12.50 before LGND doubles to 22.

So it seems like if one were to back up the proverbial truck at this point, it would make more sense to load up on LGNDW than LGND.

Just my 2 cents...

How does the 20M equity deal work. If Ligand opts to not choose a LLY compound what do they get instead and how does that act to dilute current stock?
