Pseudo, just read he following: "By February, Israel had already taken the first delivery of German military supplies, including antidotes to counteract the effects of chemical and biological weapons, and Patriot missiles." Source a book by Karsh & Rautsi, titled Saddam Hussein page 250. Original source The Times of London Feb 2, 1991. Obviously I don't know what the antidotes were in 1991 but I think new additional things are available and should also beconsidered.
