Would someone take the time and explain to me how the "Upgrades,
Downgrades and coverage initiated" really works?
Quite often BEST is mentioned on CNBC as Recommending various stock, along with many, many others but , again I have
never heard them recommend MRVC publicly. There is alot of money out there among the dumb (public) investors, like me.
Do all Investment Firms, etc. circulate their recommendations for a fee to professional Brokers? Is their recommendations
leaked to the public or do they issue a press release?
This recommendation thing seems that it may be just a self-serving exercise to promote the stock that the various firms have
underwritten. Are there any regulations or oversight of these recommendations?
I seem to remember some sort of investigation was done by the SEC during the Cabot fiasco. I would appreciate some help in
this area If for no other reason, to keep from pissing the pros off with elementary questions, such as these.

If management didn't have the hutspa (sp) to be a more truthful about their true feelings about BEST and/or their mistake in
choosing BEST then why should we believe everything else they have said to investors-Seth.
A simple statement to the effect that they (MRVC might have expected more from BEST) would have sufficed rather than
some candy-coated reply.
I truly believe management is happy with whatever BEST has done for them.

An award and $23.00 and change will buy one a share of stock.

On topic: Id'appreciate a quick rundown on MRVC if anyone has the time. Key product? Debt? Market cap to sales ratio? Competitors? Acquisition scenario? Invest? Avoid?

Thanks in advance!
