of course its better to get lucky but what is your strategy for getting lucky? OT watching fast money it seems like ive never seen the people on the show more bullish. Just yesterday they were talking some near term correction but that was not part of the discussion today. Its been all this is the beginning of multiyear upside move. Personally I am amazed that DIsney is now pretty much at the height of precovid levels. expectations must be super high for this stock. I just dont see people rushing back to go to theme parks and cruises so quickly.

I think investors are much better off looking for comebacks like Macerich. that are still down trodden I have a bit more info on Macerich , I guess there are concerns because its more levered than Simon Group but the debt is not tied to the company . its tied to each individual property. which i think makes it more likey to work out extensions and changes in terms if required based on the cash flows of each property.

I think people will return to eat in upscale restaurants and shopping in upscale malls a lot faster than they fly out to a theme park or go on a cruise. Personally , I think it will be close to 2022 before i hop on a plane again and I am not likely to do a cruise for years.

Give yourself more credit Elroy I wouldn't call that luck at all. It was a logical buy based upon an appropriate catalyst (the reset) which already propelled the competing cryptocurrency a large percentage and the laggard was due to rise. The only regret I have is I got rid of my Coinbase account to pay the steep cap gains tax after my lucrative ethereum trade I made a few years ago which was originally fueled by the Modi cash confiscation catalyst in Dec 2016 and I had no clue how long the capital would be idled.

I wish the premium in ETHE wasn't over 40% but I did add half of my cash balance into GBTC in mid October when this reset news was heavily circulated.
