I have yet to see a BB stock get much respect for saying that they "are working" on anything. Heck, many do not move when they announce good things that have been completed. News is not what moves stocks, heavy buying by people who know something in advance is what moves stocks. Accumulation and order inundation on postive news causes movement. I did not see enough to buy based on that news release. I am glad I own it and was happy to read it, but it did not make me head for NDB's website and rush to buy shares. That is all I am saying. EDIT -- the above does not make me the smartest man on earth -- but hindsight is 20/20!
