There are at least another 2 dozen institutions listed in the 3Q Inst. Equity Holders report which could also be the Strategic Investor. Perhaps the 4Q report (if available) could reveal more clues as to the identity of the Investor.

It looks like the only thing of value other than its licenses in the northeast that CAWS has is it's ownership in CS Wireless. CS being the largest wireless company certainly would be atractive to BANX. With BANX holding the trump cards over CAWS, I would think that they would use this to maneuver CAWS into surrendering it's ownership in CS Wireless to them. Just a thought that might stimulate some other ideas about how this entire situation will play out.
