MAKOX, the Mathews Korean Fund, is open end, so there is no premium, and they buy stocks, not ADrs, so there's no premium there either.

And there is no charge to inest. there is a 1% fee if you remove your money sonner than 90 days. Seems reasonable that they want to be paid for people who use them as a trading vehicle. As I am tempted to do with a 25% gain in one week.
