Marantz: If the SPLA takes Juba and Malakal the war is over! The US companies will then be able to deal with the SPLA and its Republic of New Sudan as it sees fit while the US Govt continues to quarantine Khartoum, if indeed the NIF-Government can survive the loss of the South. I'm afraid you have not been following events in Washington and the speeches of M. Albright in Africa. Tumbleweed.
