Fully Diluted is gone. It had added dilution from bonds, options and warrents. Replacing it is "Diluted EPS" (your "C"). Diluted, and the previous "Fully Diluted" are computed in a similar manner and produce a very similar result per share.

We have two per share amounts reported now. Basic EPS without any dilution, and, Diluted EPS with full dilution from options, warrents and convertible securities.
