Thanks for the input, Pancho. You're right....AVEI is a dangerous one.

But I still believe it's gotten ahead of itself. I'm going to wait just a bit longer for the volume to die down and then consider puts. I'd rather buy fairly near term puts in this case as my loss would be limited in the event of a buyout and I'd expect any pull-back to be quick.
