I would imagine all large corporations have class action suits at one time or another. Do you think there's anything to warrant it in this case? Pat, I doubt there is any merit. My point was there are too many litigations against publically traded companies. The company typically settle out of court with enough money to pay the legal fees only. The invester gets nothing. Is it really likely that management of 300 companys all were misleading? Maybe it is a problem with the lawyers and the system. Glenn
