Lemme see if I got this straight.

Your opinion is:

1) Phentolamine is a generic drug which does not produce erections.

The facts are:

That their is significant clinical data that says that orally administered phentolamine produced erections in a statistically signifcant number of patients.

Your opinion is:

2) Zonagen's current patent is worthless. It was paid for with $300,000 worth of stock. The only reason it was purchased was to mislead investors.

Yet without it Zorgniotti could claim that a rapidly absorbable phentolamine pill was his invention and that Zonagen was infringing on his patent.

Your opinion is:

3) Zonagen's new patent application will not be approved. Zonagen's "new" formulation of phentolamine steps is extremely similar to previous oral formlations. The addition of 16mg of disintegrant will not be sufficient grounds for a new patent. This is a moot point of course, because even if the examiners suddenly went bezerk and by some miracle Zonagen WAS granted a patent, oral phentolamine still has not been shown to be effective in the treatment of MED.

The reality is:

If Zonagen's patent isn't allowed they may have to compete with other companies to market their pills. Zonagen has already investigated this possibility.

Your opinion is:

4) Zonagen has a histroy of pulling similar scams. they tried to file a patent for Immumax, which was a copy of an existing product - Chitosan.

The fact is:

Zonagen has been sued after firing an employee. The fired employee claims that Zonagen tried to mislead people, just like short investors like you who have a financial interest in Zonagen stock have continued to claim.

Your opinion is:

5) Zonagen has litlle, if any, R&D infrastructure. In comparison, pfizer has spent over $400,000,000 in the development of Viagra.

The fact is:

Both of them may have a marketable treatment for impotence. $400,000,000 is money well spent for someone who is in serious need of a cure for their impotence. Zonagen reasoned by reading the literature that phentolamine a 45 year old drug when administered orally could help treat impotence and now wants to make some money.

Your opinion is (or are you claiming this one as fact?):

6) Zonagen announced a phony "stock buyback" immediately after the stock collapsed, even though it is still a "development stage company" and is expected to lose over $3.00 a share in 1998.

The fact is:

The stock went down and Zonagen announced that they would buy back 10 million dollars worth of stock. They are a developing biotech company which doesn't have a product to market and will likely lose $3.00 per share because it takes time to get a product to market.

Your opinion is:

7) Joe Podoloski has repeatedly lied and misled investors in conference calls and press releases.

The fact is:

Joe Podolski continues with his company even in the face of accusations that he's a filthy crook by short investors who have a monetary interest in making these claims.

Your opinion is:

8) Zonagen has hired shills with dubious backgrounds. most notably, Dan Ramsey and Jeff Opedyke/C. McGuire. These shills have mounted an extensive propoganda campaign to artificially inflate the price of Zonagen stock.

The fact is:

That propaganda has run rampant in both directions and that people with short interest have also mounted extensive propaganda campaigns intended to benefit their financial interests.

Your opinion is:

9) Despite claims about an "imminent" NDA filing, Zonagen has been strangely quiet about releasing more data about Vasomax.

The fact is:

Zonagen has had nothing to say. They will have to let the data speak for itself.

Bill, alot of hard working people have spent alot of time and effort at Zonagen.

Please don't insult their efforts and intellegence by assuming that they are out to get your money and rip people off. Life is too short for that. I understand that you are short, and for good reason. Can't you just leave it at that?

Wexler Lie # (now which number is this?)

<< pfizer has spent
over $400,000,000 in the development of Viagra.>>

Didn't he say earlier this week they spent $500,000,000?

Next Wexler Lie:
<<<and is expected to
lose over $3.00 a share in 1998.>>>

Figures don't lie but liars can figure. Right, Bill?

The Ultimate Wexler Lie:

<<<and I will not
cover a single share until it falls to the floor.>>>

That is, of course, Bill, unless you fall to the floor, first.

Keep this post, folks, and refer back to it.
