Here's how to do it (using Netscape anyways) ... Go to the page of interest. Click on the frame of interest to make it the "active" frame. Then click "File" then click "Save As". Make sure you save it as a file type of ".txt". Use notepad or other text editor to open the saved file. Then you can cut and paste.
