McDonalds received the second to last rating in a recent customer service survey, as reported by the Orange County Register. Out of the many hundreds of name brands on the list, only one other was worse than MCD and in last place: the IRS. Every time I go into a JITB, the staff radiates friendliness and most importantly, competence. This last may not seem so obvious, but think how many irritable, hungry customers are just concerned that the place gets their order right. And JITB does it with a smile. D. Kuspa
