Mark, you are making false assumptions. I do read most of the posts throughly, especially Cheryl's since she is well informed and worth listening to. In fact if YOU read the posts throoughly (I am flattered that you are taking the time to count my posts, however), you would have noticed that I acknowledged her comments regarding the possibility of a reverse split. However, I am asking about that possibility only peripherally in the context of the possibility of issuing considerably more shares for the 12MM.

While the CEO may have no "INTENTION" of a reverse split, I don't see how he can avoid it if he wants a Nasdaq listing, unless we are expecting a quick 10X increase in the stock price. The questions of the line of credit, acquisitions, further stock dilution, Nasdaq listing and reverse split are all part of a larger whole.

BTW, your question "why hide behind a PR woman" is a good one, although seixst. (:>)
