Sad, isn't it? My solution is simple. If government workers demand we shut our businesses down and lock us up in our homes, then they must forgo their paychecks in solidarity, until businesses are back up and running. The bottom line is those who are fearful or are at risk, should do the adult thing and quarantine themselves. For those who are not at risk, then they should feel free to live their lives normally. Bottom line is that anyone who is under 70 and has no co-morbidities should not live their lives in fear and their government should not act like Communist China in locking them down. Already, we are seeing the consequences of lockdowns are far worse than any perceived benefit. For all those who don't understand the data science from the CDC, go to this link and calculate your own risk. It might help you sleep easier and maybe open your mind to the idea that government has no place infantilizing adults and making decisions on their behalf.
