Cymi's shipment might have shifted more toward ASMLF and SVGL recently. Cymer management were very reluctant to give out customer distribution last night due to obvious reasons. At the end, they only gave people some 1997 all year numbers. Does anybody on this thread have the Sept. distribution information ? From these two, we can probably figure out what approximately shipped to each customer during Q4 97. I am sure people on the ASMLF thread would be interested in this info too.
