my reits getting smacked around pretty good today. this despite reading reports that mall parking lots were packed. MAC down to $10.36. The news on CNBC was that Black Friday B&M sales were down ~50% YoY. That does not suggest full parking lots. TLRD went bankrupt because it was a terrible business before COVID-19 and much worse after, They also had a highly leveraged balance sheet going in. Most business that have decent prospect post COVID-19 have good access to funding right now, but this doesn’t not apply to impaired business that will have a hard time post COVID-19. That’s were TLRD sits.
