Kostech never mentioned that one of the Officers(a lawyer) had been disbarred twice or that there were lawsuits from principals from companies who were enticed to join the company,not just one, but three. And when the situation of the company turned sour, they did nothing to inform their clients. Instead they assured me when I called them at the time, that it was just a bad time for small caps generally but that Umsi's potential was still great and they were convinced that by the end of 97 they would hit new highs. Pure hype while things were not going well in Clearwater. Had they been honest, I and many others could have bailed out at a favorable price. There is a saying that where there is sawing, there is dust (anybody can make a honest mistake). There was no honest mistake here.
