Irene, the tempermants on this thread are as volatile as the Asian markets are. You enter at your own risk. By the way is Italian a race or a nationality? :)

By the way, Bruce is correct about the employee's loving the company. My friend was pissed when his kid quit a nice $$$ job to go there, well he ain't pissed no more. The thousands of options will more than offset the salary cut he took, supposedly there are some real sharp people at this company. We shall see how sharp they really are.
