I thought that was an interesting question as well.

I didn't go back and look at the Debenture agreement or the financial implications on the balance sheet but I was under the impression it would be a negative for the Note holders. I don't know what price the buyback would occur at or if there was a premium etc..

If Cymer bought the notes significantly less than premium it would certainly piss the holders off who gave CYMER the money they needed etc...

Not sure in other words but very interesting... maybe we should call Bill Angus and ask like he wanted :-)

Hi Dennis: I truly believe DR. Akins took the short lies and abuse as a serious afront and I believe he has sympathy for the investor. He must have taken very many unkind remarks in the past few months. I believe he wants to bust the short. At least clean it out.

I have sent emails since for a few months requesting a buy back. I also took exception to the convertables and stated that it should have been noted as a material change. I believe the management was not as cognizant of the depravity of some people in the market. I believe now they will never forget it. I know that they listen carefully to what the stockholders tell them.
