Correction re. Bruce's post from Canadian Market News

The comments I made in response to the CMN item that Bruce posted should be corrected.

Sungold has submitted their Annual Financial Statements to both the SEC and the BCSC.

Shareholders who have the Information Circular will see that quarterly and annual reports to the BCSC are included in the circular.

Someone is up to no good here.
