Ward,

IMHO, next week will be a screamer for KRY. Note it was THE volume leader on AMEX today. That means it's gained a higher profile. I'm looking for some financial press coverage over the weekend with greater support for KRY's case. [Note PDG was down 7/16 today, much more than other big producers.]

As soon as institutional money realizes what's happened, very big bucks will be chasing the stock. Lots of news to flow over the next several days, with or without the ruling.

Take it from one who was early and long on DFR.

Ward,

I too want to offer congratulations on covering your position.

As I have mentioned before KRY is such a unique situation that it is extremely difficult to guage with TA, certain patterns do seem to repeat themselves. But I must say that to short a stock that may have an explosive uptrend at anytime with the simple release of a ruling in a foreign country takes amazing intenstinal fortitude.

That is the danger in being short this stock, previously I agreed with you in the trend that KRY was following, but within several days of news leaking out of Ven. and announcements by PDG the trend was quickly and aggressivley reversed. You are correct this stock could do a number of things next week. And the usual trend would be for it to pull back somewhat and stabilize, but then the ever present variable (news release) could wreak havoc with that premise.

I would hazard a quess that we will see at least a gap up on Monday morning, and then who knows!!

I certainly would not want to be short over this weekend.

Regards
