Wharfie, You can keep the promises, *but we'll also need money*. That's all this is, Wharfie. One gigantic money grab. The Paris Accord has no teeth. Just a bunch of promises being made by nations whose leaders have questionable records of trustworthiness. What happens when China, India, Brazil, Russia, and Saudi Arabia, for example, decide they can't meet their goals or don't want to because it'd be too crippling on their respective economies?
