<Extention??? >Do you mean over-extended??? The asian investor could have made some good cash today(last night) if his money is still invested in Asia. DD PS: does any wizz bang out there know when this letter of intent was signed? As you know the company announced it would receive the $5m by the 24th in a press release.. Do you think the investor pulled the plug due to the halt? I'm sure the halt would qualify as a "legal out". <$5 million in equity will be transferred to the company by Dec. 24, 1997>
