FONR

Welcome Subscribers of Investor's Digest

The January issue of `The Investor's Digest'
featured FONAR. It was written by Bill Mathews,
editor of `The Cheap Investor' in a section called
Featured Low-Priced Stock. It has been suggested that
the upward activity in the stock this past week was in
part due to the new shareholders that were introduced
to us by that article in `The Investor's Digest'.

On January 28th, FONAR's subsidiary HMC announced
another acquisition. This should raise HMC's total
revenues by an estimated $1.5 Million per year. The
agreement calls for the purchase price to be based on
future earnings. Therefore all involved are given
incentive to work their hardest. Keep watching the
progress of this very exciting division.

Also in January, our CEO Dr. Raymond Damadian, was
featured on-line as the Inventor of the Week in the
Lemelson - MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)
Awards Program's INVENTION DIMENSION. We are thankful
for the honor. If you have access to the internet,
you may visit this site and read about Dr. Damadian at
<http://web.mit.edu/invent/www/inventorsA-H/damadian>.

Lou Corradeno, FONAR Plant Operations Manager said
"FONAR is growing at a steady pace with much of it
being in HMC." In fact, less than two years ago FONAR
had only about 200 employees and now has about 500.
This is the largest number of employees since 1988
when we had over 650.

HI PATTI AND MALCOLM,

Thank you for great work. Also in today's Newsday Fonar has 2 adds in the help wanted section . Electrical Engineers [for field service dept.] and Machinist [for 2nd and 3rd nite shift ] . Folks only one year ago there were no adds for 2nd and 3rd shifts for the nite crew. Either Fonar is making Quads or their hiring people just to watch all the money from lawsuits . Which do you think it is ? I think they are making Quads what about you ?

YOUR THOUGHTS
