Scott,

Yes, I was disappointed. I sat thru all the stuff about the impact of
Asia and the Clinton scandal on the market, and the general forecasts
(positive if not real bullish) and then the one mention of Y2k,
boom, that's it. Given the time he's alloted, Yardeni is going to have to talk faster to get the message out, that's for sure. :-) But
if the host of the show isn't interested and/or cuts him off, that's
a big problem.

>I just watched him mumble something about "...the year 2000, the
>computer problem, in 1999, maybe as early as 1998..." when Lou

>ran out of time. Nothing was mentioned about Y2k during the
>entire show except for Yardeni's throw-away line at the conclusion.
>So much for great expectations. Revenues and earnings will have

>Wall Street Week and the like aren't doing the job.

Scott -

Nothing was mentioned about Y2k during the entire show except for Yardeni's throw-away line at the conclusion. So much for great expectations.

Wow! Your guys must have really watched the whole show!! I turned my brain off after Dr Ed got two questions & blathered on about Asia. I don't think I was even in the room at the end of the show.
