" as specified in the Constitution. " Is that the same as FREE TUITION ? Life is much improved nowadays. Wouldn't have to wash dishes, bus tables, wait on tables to pay for stuff, yeah, including tuition. Regardless, still prefers to live in the older times. Allowed to have your own voice and agree to disagree or otherwise. Now, one has to agree to agree, or disagree to disagree under united/unified education system. But USA is affordable, lot of free stuff, can't be bought for a dime. Even the country is on sale and alot of buyers from abroad.
