Sorry, I just do charts.
The dynamic which would result from a widespread belief in the story you are following is not apparent.
Although with LI and the mad dash it took to near 50 it would be expected that much static would appear in the chart for a bit.
The dynamic for which you are concerned could be hiding in the expected static.

LI has worked through its brief period of static well so far.
Resumption would be easy 40s.
