S-Corps are for tax purposes. They are not usually public companies that have their shares traded on a recognized stock exchange. Unless their financial statements must received a clean opinion from a CPA for some reason, I doubt if the new EPS rule would be applied to them. If you're in doubt, consult the CPA firm that prepares tax returns and financial statements your company.
